Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate is required for the wonder or an employee of a food facility that prepares, handles or servs non prepackaged potentially hazard food. There should be at least one CFPM at each facility. This course will provide training to all students so that they may receive a Safety Manager certification. The course will be held online and will include an online exam.
